In this session, we will connect with an existing application and will try to bring the data to the Copilot ecosystem where the users can leverage the power of Copilot even from an external Line of Business System

Extending Microsoft 365 Copilot. Messaging Extension for connecting External LOB Systems.

Speaker Bio: Arjun Menon

Arjun is a Microsoft 365 Solution Architect and MVP in Microsoft 365 Development with 14 years of experience. His expertise lies in transforming digital workplaces using Microsoft 365, focusing on Teams and SharePoint. He has designed Collaborative Apps, integrating them with Line of Business solutions through Generative AI, enhancing productivity. As a co-maintainer of CLI for Microsoft 365 and part of Microsoft 365 PnP, He has contributed to managing environments and promoting best practices. His passion is sharing knowledge through blogs, social media, and technical events.
